In one corner is a U-shaped kitchen with a double-door refrigerator, a cooking range, a wall-mounted chimney and a sink. A peninsula separates the kitchen area from the dining area which has a circular table and four chairs. The dining area flows into the living area which has a pretty, multi-colored couch, a coffee table and a TV. In one corner of the plan is a bedroom with a built-in closet, a workstation and a wooden closet spanning the wall across from the bed. In another corner is the bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet. There's also a couple of walled-off spaces outside the bathroom, one of which can be used for a stackable washer-dryer while the other can be used as a pantry.
